Manage customer orders and provide support throughout the order placement process.
Coordinate with customers regarding product specifications, development timelines, production schedules, and delivery requirements.
Participate in sample development and production, ensuring samples meet quality standards before submission to customers.
Liaise closely with Production, Technical, Planning, and Quality Assurance teams to ensure orders are completed on schedule and in compliance with customer requirements.
Monitor order progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact production timelines or product quality.
Prepare product costings and calculate costs for related services.
Develop purchasing and order fulfillment plans to ensure smooth production flow.
Prepare and submit regular reports on order status, production progress, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to management.
