Specific responsibilities include:
Perform controller tuning, performance characterization, and troubleshooting for a nanometer-level precision motion stage.Define requirements for stage testing and drive the development of data processing tools in Python.Characterize dynamic performance at the inspection station level. Use a combination of testing and analysis to understand observed behavior. Define and drive the implementation of improvements if needed.Work with a cross-functional team to bring prototype systems online and participate in the testing of complex calibrations and algorithms.Follow the initial systems through Alpha test, delivery and Beta test at one or more customer sites.Preferred qualifications:
