Be aware of the design philosophy and engineering principals for the project. Receive a comprehensive briefing from the project engineer before starting on site.
Have an understanding of the buildability aspects and construction techniques applicable for the project.
Carry out a cross reference check of all documents including specifications and drawings and bar bending schedules (if applicable).
Keep a continuing review of the temporary and permanent stability of the building as it is constructed.
