Plan and forecast weekly/monthly installation schedules
Identify site issues and mitigate risks
Coordinate with site PIC for work and manpower planning
Arrange material/equipment delivery via MERF submission
Attend regular project meetings (such as site progress and co-ordination) with interested parties including clients, architect, consultants, main contractor, and sub-contractors.
Monitor, co-ordinate and direct the execution of work with site representatives and workers for smooth workflow.
Submit method statements, risk assessments, and shop drawing
Prepare progress reports and claims
Ensure M&E design complies with client requirements and project specifications
