This position is responsible for independently delivering engineering services, from conceptual design through construction completion.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Expert in project planning, coordination, and executionIndependently complete conceptual design through construction drawing development for large complex project or multiple projects simultaneouslyCreate conceptual designs certified to Building Codes, Energy Codes, and LEED standardsResponsible for calculations, design and layout of equipment, duct and piping systems on assigned projectsAppropriate engagement of engineering applications and/or managers in project decisionsExtensive experience in applications engineering including psychrometrics, refrigeration, acoustics, and controls systemsProactively communicate and coordinate project designs with Project Management, Construction and Service departmen...
