The firm is independently owned by the Directors and employees, all based together in one office, supporting each other without corporate interference or distractions irrelevant to project delivery. They can provide technical support when needed, but otherwise trust employees to independently manage their workload.

As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical design solutions on complex projects from initial concept through to final delivery, represent the business in front of clients and architects, and provide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members.
