Job Description :

• Monitor and improve breakdowns attributable to mechanical
• Introduce process control parameters and facilitate the operators to carry out on an ongoing basis.
• Support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and countermeasures.
• Support to plant management to train maintenance staff as required for the improvement of the plant performance
• Identify continuous improvement projects by working with local management, proposing any changes in working practices, new process and plant development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical.
• At least 5 years working experience in maintenance area
• Good knowledge in electrical or automation & experience in construction products is an advantage
• Experience in leading a team of technicians in both projects and manufacturing environment
• Good English communication
