Possess a recognized degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least five years of relevant experience in building projects.

Provide technical and engineering support to the Project Team.
Assist the Project Manager / M&E Manager in the effective planning, reviewing, monitoring and controlling progress and process of M&E works. He/she must be able to control and manage the M&E subcontractor’s progress and performance on site.
Good knowledge of applicable codes/regulations and Authorities’ requirements relating to M&E services, building construction and safety.
Coordination and production of individual and combined M&E drawings (CSD).
Appraisal for works/ products compliance to specifications/ requirements and selection recommendations.
