Design and specify all aspects of Mechanical Building Services in accordance with current standards, guidelines, regulations, and project requirements.
Support and mentor our Early Careers population, contributing to continuous improvement of departmental capability.
Manage Mechanical Services involvement on small to medium‑size projects, including time, cost, quality, delivery, and client relationships.
Champion quality, compliance, and best practice across projects and local teams.
Responsibilities
Deliver Mechanical Building Services design and consultancy services under the direction of a line manager or project lead.
Produce high‑quality design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
