We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager to join our growing team working across high-voltage electricity transmission projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing Mechanical & Electric site operations within National Grid substations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day M&E site activities on transmission and substation projects
• Ensure compliance with National Grid procedures and site safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor project progress, quality, and HSE performance
• Ensure works are delivered in line with NEC contracts and construction methodologies
• Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting
