Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand growth and market share.
- Lead 360° campaigns (TV, Digital, OOH, Print, Radio) aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital marketing strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media, influencer marketing, analytics).
- Collaborate with global and regional teams for campaign alignment.
- Strengthen brand positioning through PR, sponsorships, and CSR initiatives.
- Support product launches and go-to-market planning with the sales team.
- Manage relationships with media and creative agencies.
- Coach and mentor marketing executives to enhance performance.
- Develop marketing reports and analytics dashboards.
Essential Technical Skills:
