Primary Responsibilities
- Own lifecycle strategy across acquisition and engagement, driving NTA, repeat purchase, and customer value
- Design and scale programs that make Amazon's value proposition clear, compelling, and easy to discover
- Lead cross‑channel execution across onsite, CRM, and partner marketing teams
- Build and run an experimentation roadmap to continuously improve performance and unlock new growth opportunities
- Partner across Marketing, Retail, Prime, and Product teams to influence inputs that drive the customer funnel
