Position Overview
This role supports segment marketing initiatives (both acquisition and retention) and drives digital transformation projects to enhance business performance and operational efficiency.
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the SME segment to achieve revenue and KPI targets.Design and implement marketing programs that strengthen market competitiveness and business growth.Prepare and analyze regular business performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operational processes and logistics.Monitor market trends and competitor activities.Participate in AAIOE projects development, launch and execution. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support successful project delivery.Assist in change management to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
