In this position, you will:
Drive cross-department collaboration by leading the implementation of coordination mechanisms. Work closely with departments of corporate market, sales, customer service and other teams to design strategies for expanding both existing and potential customer bases, ensuring effective integration of resources and high-efficiency execution.Oversee enterprise customer value operations, monitoring critical metrics such as customer base growth, revenue achievement, and churn rate. Collaborate with stakeholders to design targeted initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and maximize value.Lead data-driven operations by consolidating and analyzing customer expansion and performance metrics. Prepare regular review reports, streamline collaboration processes, and refine acquisition strategies to drive simultaneous growth in both business scale and revenue.
