The Senior Market Access Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of market access and pricing strategies for the rare disease portfolio in Canada. The role ensures successful HTA outcomes, optimal reimbursement, and pricing alignment to enable patient access. Operating in a lean environment, the position owns both access and pricing responsibilities and works cross-functionally with Medical, Commercial, and Finance teams, while also supporting private payer reimbursement and patient advocacy initiatives.

MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead end-to-end market access strategy across the product lifecycle to secure optimal reimbursement and patient access in Canada
• Own development of the Canadian reimbursement dossier and localization of the Global Value Dossier (GVD), incorporating Canadian clinical, economic, and epidemiological evidence
