About this role

The Senior Market Access Manager is responsible for shaping and executing Biogen’s value and access strategy in Gulf. This role ensures optimal and sustainable patient access to Biogen’s portfolio through proactive engagement with key stakeholders development of robust access strategies and strong internal cross‑functional alignment.

The position encompasses early access programs (EAPs/Charged Managed Access Programs) HTA engagement pricing and reimbursement formulary access and value communication.

What You’ll Do

Market Access Strategy & Execution

• Develop and implement market access strategies to secure and maintain optimal patient access across Biogen’s portfolio in Gulf.
• Monitor evolving healthcare policies payer priorities and competitor dynamics to anticipate risks and opportunities.
