Job Description

• Oversee and ensure vessels’ compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ensure vessels remain fully prepared to execute voyages and operational requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage audits and inspections by Recognised Organisations (RO), including ISM, ISPS, and MLC.
• Handle vetting inspections, including preparation and submission through the OCIMF SIRE platform.
• Monitor and manage navigational matters, including reviewing passage plans and conducting navigation audits.
• Ensure vessels meet all requirements set by terminals, operators, oil majors, and charterers.
• Act as the main point of contact for matters relating to Flag State and Port State authorities.
• Ensure Q88 and HVPQ documentation is consistently accurate and up to date.
