+ Familiar with new product development process
+ Take lead cross function to delivery more productivity result by OPEX methodology
+ Optimize manufacturing process to improve quality, safety and efficiency
+ Independent identify and manage factory productivity project
+ Other assignment

**Requirements**

+ Have over 5-10 years manufacturing experience
+ HVAC background is prefer
+ English skill should be workable at least
+ Major in welding or holding a certified Pressure Vessel Welding Engineer qualification
+ Familiar with pressure vessel welding codes and standards, including GB, ASME, and PED
+ Rich practices experience
