**As an Operational ExcellenceEngineer, you will operate as the factory’s integrator of strategy deployment,end‑to‑end flow, and execution discipline. You will own the local StrategyDeployment program (Hoshin Kanri -workshops, catchball alignment, X‑Matrixmaintenance) and ensure progress is governed through a minimum monthlyperformance review rhythm connected to visual management. You will also be responsible for demonstrating and maintaining E2E Value StreamMapping (VSM), ensuring lead time, WIP, and process data are known, maps arerefreshed on a planned cadence, and improvement actions are translated intomeasurable execution through VSM → VSD → Targets → Measures → Implementation.
