Sales Tax and Service Tax (SST) Return (SST-02/SST-02A)

• To advise the Group of companies on the approach to be taken for the review of SST-02/SST-02A.
• To monitor the progress of the review of SST-02/SST-2A to ensure it can be completed in time.
• To review the SST return together with the documents and information provided to ensure the correctness, accuracy and completeness of the SST-02/SST-02A.
• Supervise and monitor the SST-02 review process, providing guidance and support to subordinates in addressing SST related issues that may arise during the review.

GST/SST Advisory

• Attend meetings with Business Unit (BU) to understand on various GST/SST issues.
• Assess GST/SST implications on the issues and potential issues that may arise.
