Position Overview
Job Summary The role will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of centralized HR operations, managing a team to deliver efficient hire-to-retire services across geographies. The role will focus on process simplification, automation, HR technology adoption (e.g., Oracle HCM), and SLA management to improve employee experience.
Key Responsibilities - Service Delivery & Strategy: Oversee HR shared services operations, ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery for HR transactions, payroll, and benefits.
- Transformation & Technology: Lead HR digitization, automation, and process engineering (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead high-performing, customer-focused teams, mentoring staff and managing performance metrics (SLAs).
