As part of the team in the MPA Academy, you will be developing training workplan and driving the implementation of programmes that empower learning through acquiring of knowledge and skills among MPA staff
[What you will be working on]
Training Programmes
- Conduct skills gaps analysis and training needs assessment, to develop training roadmaps and tailor training to address the gaps. Organize and/or conduct programmes to equip MPA officers with the knowledge and skills to perform his job productively.
- Work with the relevant line divisions in MPA to develop and regularly review the curriculum of the training programmes to keep them relevant and up to date. Identify relevant courses based on competencies in key domain expertise (KDE), liaise with training service providers (TSPs) for course details, and evaluate the sub...
