You will be part of HR Division that fosters the holistic development and growth of our teams and people. As the Senior Manager/ Assistant Director (Compensation & Benefits), you will be involved in the review of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and frameworks to attract, motivate and retain talents.
[What you will be working on]
- Develop and implement C&B policies and programs, that are aligned with employer branding and talent strategies.
- Conduct periodic benchmarking analysis and reviews to support the design of C&B policies and programs and ensure they remain market competitive and effective in attracting, motivating and retaining employees.
