OverviewThe Senior Manager, Website & Digital Marketing leads the marketing team to operational excellence by driving project management, resource allocation, and elevating our website and digital initiatives to the next level. This role is pivotal in bridging knowledge gaps across product, content, and digital strategy, ensuring clarity, alignment, and execution on key marketing projects. With a special focus on delivering a best‑in‑class website, optimizing user experience, and providing data‑driven direction for content, you will empower the team to meet deadlines, enhance collaboration, and maximize organic and AI‑driven search performance while supporting cross‑functional priorities and continuous improvement. You will also lead the marketing team's AI strategy, moving from ad hoc tool use to a structured plan for how AI is embedded in how the team works, how the website performs, and how Reliance shows up in both traditional and AI‑powered search.
