Our client is a prestigious and sizable conglomerate organization.
Report to top management and lead a team to effective the daily training activities and operations for the region of Greater China (including HK & Macau), including both Corporate Training & Retail Training Establish short & long-term strategies and planning to sustain the development of the business directions, including but not limited to, succession planning, retention strategy, career development roadmap, etc. Act as a Business Partner to identify training needs with business unti and hence to formulate training plans towards the goals and objectives Participate in external community events when necessary Requirement: :
