Drive operational performance by monitoring production outcomes, optimising turnaround times, and ensuring fleet readiness in alignment with operational schedules and regulatory requirements;
Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation across maintenance activities to support operational demand and minimise aircraft downtime;
Identify operational risks, constraints, and performance gaps, and implement corrective strategies to maintain operational continuity and safety standards;
Collaborate with Engineering, Operations Control, Supply Chain, and Planning functions to ensure integrated maintenance execution and fleet availability;
