This role partners closely with the Senior Director / Tax Counsel to develop, implement, and defend the company’s global tax controversy and litigation strategies. The position supports complex, high-impact matters that protect and enhance shareholder value and requires deep expertise in federal income tax law, government interactions, and dispute resolution.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $165000 - $242000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
