**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Senior Manager, Systems and Master Data Management Lead** role is responsible for leading a team that ensures enterprise Engineering, Facilities, and EHS systems and data platforms provide standardized, scalable, and secure business processes and analytics. This role drives disciplined system governance and master data management practices that support and improve enterprise analytics, system integrations, and operational decision-making.

This leader ensures trusted, consistent, and governed master data across the global ecosystem while enabling data to be Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, and Reusable (FAIR). The role partners closely with Technology, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver integrated system and data capabilities that support Engineering operations and continuous improvement.
