Summary:

The Role holder would be s responsible for Demand Planning, Distributor Management, Supply delivery from internal manufacturing facilities and also external Supply sources. The Present Scope of APAC includes South East Asia, North Asia, ANZ, China, HK & Taiwan) and depending on business strategy, more markets may get added in future. The size of the region is a topline of >$150M and around 400 SKUs

This is a critical role and the role holder is expected to exhibit strong functional and people leadership, be a solution provider, business oriented End to end mindset, capable of getting into the right amount of detail but not losing track of overall picture. The role holder should be capable of managing a team, peers and stakeholders across multiple cultures.
