Position Overview
Drive strategic brand initiatives, manage category innovation projects, support brand management, and serve as key operational support to the Global VP of Kimpton and Hotel Indigo and the Head of Luxury and Lifestyle Brand Delivery, Americas.
**Your day to day**
+ Manages cross-functional innovation projects (e.g., planning, brand enhancements, etc.).
+ Defines and adapts brand operating models and governance process.
+ Aligns brand and functional teams.
+ Develops roadmaps, KPIs, and initiative tracking.
+ Supports select brand initiatives and strategy development.
+ Acts as flexible support for Luxury and Lifestyle brand initiatives.
+ Oversees brand performance tracking and identification of opportunities, globally and regionally.
+ Delivers brand project dashboards and strategic updates.
