**Job Description**

As Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives, you will partner with cross functional teams to deeply understand the Home Care business and effectively lead key strategic growth initiatives for the Home Care platform. Key strategic initiatives will include, but are not limited to, business transformation, commercial delivery models, key commercial launches, and process improvements.
