Role Purpose:
Overview of the Job:The role is responsible for setting merchandising strategy, bringing end to end product insight with global and geo counterparts, as well as product sell-in to retailers. Serve GC consumers with the most relevant products to enable Converseβs vision and drive sustainable growth.Drives the one team philosophy through partnership with X-functional teams and global merchandising teams.
Job Responsibility:
+ Build product assortment for retail concepts in a consumer-centric way.
+ Delivers robust product sell-in to retailers, including sell-in tools preparation, product presentation & sample setup, etc.
+ Explores consumer insights & marketplace trend through creative ways to make art/science balanced assortment decision.
+ Drives in-season product management based on solid weekly sales analysis & consumer insights from retail stores.
