Position Overview
The Senior Manager, Sales will be a key hire to deliver sales by developing strategies and efficiency in operations for effective achievement of set KPIs. This position will oversee marketing, sales, mortgage and sales administration units accordingly.

Sales Strategy Development & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the assigned projects to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Analyze local market trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings to shape effective sales tactics.
- Work with the marketing team to design and implement regional campaigns that support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team across Malaysia.
