Position Overview
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Manages and drives performance of Key Account Specialist Team
- Prepares and communicates the long-term sales strategy and/or plan and annual sales forecast for the respective department
- Delivers financial results in line with agreed revenue & margin budgets and targets
- Drives performance improvement of Key Account group to achieve Sales KPI
- Plans and manages the portfolio of accounts of the Key Account Team
- Invests in critical relationships between CSI/ MNC/ SC Customers and DGF organization
- Provides industry expertise to the team and management, driving the growth of focus sectors
- Supports and facilitates Sales skills/process training relevant to the Key Account Channel
- Performs quarterly reviews, identifies and reports performance variance to senior management,
