About the job Senior Manager - Revenue Operations

Are you a revenue operations leader who thrives in regulated, high-volume environments? We’re hiring a Senior Manager – Revenue Operations for a leading district cooling company in Dubai, overseeing billing, collections, and customer service across two business entities.

You’ll own the full revenue cycle — from invoice generation to cash collection — while leading a team of managers and approximately 60 staff across Billing, Collections & Recovery, and Customer Service functions. You’ll report directly to the General Manager.

• Leading end-to-end billing operations based on consumption data, tariffs, and contracts
