Core Responsibilities
Utilisation of current systems, tools, and automation to lead the People Insights and Analytics agenda, reporting on recruitment performance and Group/Talent KPIs.
Support the team on regular and ad-hoc reporting in close collaboration with members of PO&D (People, Operations and Development), TA (Talent Acquisition), Talent Leadership and Executive Leadership teams.
Deliver recruitment forecasts and insights, working with sizeable datasets to create storylines and the 'so what?' narrative behind the data.
Drive data stewardship and literacy in our organisation, laying the foundations for the next level of people analytic practices.
