**Job Description Summary**
As Senior Manager - Global Quality Engineering & Continuous Improvement for Dead-tank high-voltage circuit breakers product portfolio, you will lead the definition, deployment, and sustainment of quality engineering processes across the complete product scope. This role defines and implements core quality tools (FMEA, Process control plans, MSA, SPC), establishes governing processes and standards, and ensures all NPI quality deliverables are executed in line with the Confluence NPI process. This position leads to and coaches structure root cause analysis, ensuring effective deployment and sustainment of problem-solving methodologies.
