Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Conduct independent QA sample-based reviews/testing of FC Screening, TM, CDD and EDD cases to assess quality, accuracy, and adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements across the Life business.Ensure clear, constructive QA feedback of the review/testing outcomes are communicated to the relevant 1LoD FC functions.Document testing results and prepare reports, highlighting any deficiencies or areas for improvement.Track remediation actions and verify closure through follow‑up QA checks.Convene calibration forums to ensure uniformity and precision of QA practices.Prepare periodic QA reports, summarising trends, error patterns, control weaknesses, and improvement opportunities for manageme...
