The Role
This position will work with Asset Managers in leading all aspects of development works, including overall development management of new developments and existing assets across commercial and retail projects.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards are consistently met.Lead and coordinate internal teams and consultants across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover stages, providing clear direction and accountability.Ensure regulatory compliance by managing authority submissions, navigating local requirements, and aligning with corporate DOA and procurement processes.Drive design development from feasibility studies through execution, ensuring efficiency in net lettable/saleable areas and alignment with company strategy.Collaborate with stakeholders including HQ,...
