This position carries key responsibility of ensuring site safety and meeting EHS targets, driving annual business plans to achieve AOP targets, and strategically managing the talent needs of the site. As a leader, this position is responsible for production, delivery with customer focus (ex. RK/PK), supply chain, quality, budgets pertaining to it, safety of associates and equipment’s, and talent management to ensure strong succession pipeline.

This leadership position will drive overall operational performance, EHS and P&L ownership for the plant, including hands-on leadership of the Regal Rexnord Business System, which enables continuous improvement throughout the value stream. The right candidate will drive a culture of Continuous Improvement while achieving year over year performance improvement.
