Job Purpose

Lead, plan, guide and manage procurement execution, sourcing discipline, contract and vendor performance management, and procurement data integrity towards shaping disciplined, transparent and value‑oriented procurement practices. The position translates UTP’s financial sustainability and cost‑discipline objectives as set by Institute of Technology PETRONAS Sdn Bhd (ITPSB) into effective spend control and commercial outcomes, while operating within established governance, Limits of Authority (LOA), and compliance to ITPSB and PETRONAS established policies, procedures and framework.

The role works in close alignment with Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), providing pipeline visibility, commercial insights and spend intelligence.
