Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, discount management, competitive pricing analysis, and profitability optimization.
Experience with B2B, distribution, or eCommerce pricing models, preferably in an industrial or wholesale distribution environment.
Ability to create value through consultative collaboration across the organization to deliver insights that maximize price performance across product categories
Proven ability to guide and develop predictive analytics that identify drivers, risks, opportunities and projections to influence decision making
Ability to translate analytics and technical outcomes into concise and actionable insights and recommendations
Comfortable communicating to all levels of an organization
