Seize the opportunity of new ideas by conducting analysis using various sourcesBuild idea or project business cases for new products & roll-out of existing products by aligning on the assumptions used with regions / market units / Business Unit.Conduct analysis to define future portfolio and optimization opportunities for existing portfolio through profitability, growth potential, and complexity analysis.Continuous reporting of market strategic dynamics, strategic competitor activities (partnerships, acquisitions, new competitor entry, investments, etc.) in key markets.Create new launch codes by aligning Portfolio Strategy and Strategic Marketing to ensure seamless MTS planning cycles.Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and portfolio gaps to identify strategic opportunities.
