Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will lead the financial strategy and performance management processes for the manufacturing site, driving operational excellence and sustainable business growth. You will partner closely with plant leadership to optimize financial performance, improve decision-making, and support strategic initiatives across the factory.
This role supports a large-scale manufacturing facility with over 1000 employees and several hundred million USD in annual revenues.
