As a Senior Manager (Performance Management and Total Rewards), you will be a key specialist driving excellence in the policy and end-to-end operations of the performance management cycle and payroll administration. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong operational and analytical capabilities, deep understanding of the Singapore Public Service Instruction Manual, guidelines and requirements related to Performance Management and Payroll, and expertise in data coordination across multiple HR functions. Your secondary role will involve reviewing and implementing changes to the organisation's compensation and benefits scheme.
You will be working in a fastβpaced and dynamic environment that requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time within a small team.
