Position Overview
OverviewThis role will lead a team responsible for employee transactions and data changes for PepsiCo associates across all PepsiCo regions on HR tools ie SAP EC, SAP HCM, payroll. The WFA team members would be based out of India ICC location & deliver the services based on SLA model on request through ticketing approach. Work with manager on all transformation activity planned for 2026
Major Responsibilities include:
Deliver to Sectors quality and SLA driven efficient transactions and ensure right level of engagement forums / interactions with stake holders , proactively introduce processes and programs to drive continuous improvement / productivity.Role would involve strong people management skills to support WFA leader in building right culture , team engagement & building continuing capability of team members.The role requires strong system knowledge and technical skills, process subject matter expertise.
