The Senior Manager P&C Governance Controls and Assurance plays a critical role in enabling the organisation’s growth and transformation agenda by strengthening governance controls, reporting discipline and strategic oversight across the global People & Culture (P&C) function.
As the custodian of P&C governance and assurance, the role ensures that people-related priorities—spanning workforce strategy, culture, talent, reward, organisational health and functional investment—are translated into clear insight-led reporting for executive and Board-level oversight forums including the Internal People & Culture Committee (IPCC), the Board of Directors and the Board-appointed Nominations & Remuneration Committee (NRC).
