Oversees a global team of category managers and SRMs responsible for developing and executing strategies across the primary and secondary packaging portfolio for MedTech Business Units (Surgery, EPNV, Vision). Drives profitability, innovation, resilience, cost optimization, and sustainability in packaging supply.
