Our client are currently seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud professional to support large-scale HR transformation and implementation projects. This role will focus on end-to-end data migration activities across multiple HR domains, ensuring data accuracy, quality, and successful deployment within Oracle HCM Cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud data migration activities for large-scale HR transformation projects
• Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and loading activities
• Work across HR domains including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management
• Utilize Oracle HCM tools such as HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HCM Extracts
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and compliance throughout migration cycles
