What the job involves
Manages and leads a team of Project and Program Managers responsible for Customer Service Delivery activities including planning standards reviews and best practices
Provides management and leadership across the team to ensure the team's growth is in alignment with business needs
Sets goals for immediate team members
Ensures planning standards reviewed and improved at regular intervals
Anticipates areas for continuous improvement and lessons learned and leads the team on closing gaps
